Sneak a peek at Debenhams A/W 2011

At home I'm thinking about replacing my summer tops as they've seen too many washes. At work I'm being bombarded (well not exactly bombarded but it feels like it) with invitations to check out what's happening for Autumn/Winter when I don't feel like we've really had summer yet. Gawd I hope we haven't....

Anyway not wishing to sound too 'bah humbug' about it and ungrateful, I do really secretly enjoy being given the occassional sneak preview as I realise that I am a very lucky lady to be invited at all and shouldn't whinge.

So here are a few snaps I took on my mobile to put you in the picture in terms of what the Designers at Debenhams have been working on to keep us and our homes well turned out.

I love this slinky, leopard print number for saucy minxes everywhere brought to us from the Star collection by Julien Macdonald.

And for our homes there were some lovely collections for the kitchen, living-room, bathroom and of course the bedroom. I particularly loved the illustrations on these cushions....



And this little red number is what it's all going to be about this season - cool drapes and back details - flattering for all figures and just a hint of a sleeve for those of us who hate the tops of our arms. Now this is one I can't wait to arrive in the shops. Shame I'll have to wait until September... and so will you!
