Nim's Fruit Crisps, a healthy snack

I am a bit of a crisp fiend - and I don't seem to be able to get through the day without at least one packet of something. I have tried to be a bit healthy by eating things like Sunbites which are made with wholegrain - but ultimately they are all pretty bad for my health and not contributing anything in the way of nutrients to my diet.
